These terms govern the use of the online store and the conditions applicable to purchases made through our website. By placing an order, the customer accepts the conditions described below.

Shipping Policy

Order preparation times can vary between 1 day and 2 weeks, depending on order volume and whether the product is customized or requires specific manufacturing.

Should a longer preparation period be needed, we will contact you after receiving the order to inform you.

Once prepared, the order will be shipped via postal service with tracking through the corresponding shipping company.

From the moment the package leaves, delivery management becomes the responsibility of the shipping company. For any issues related to delivery, absences, or collection at a postal office, the customer must contact the said company directly.

Payment Methods

The payment methods available in our store are:

  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer

Defective or Damaged Products

An item will be considered defective only if it presents a clear manufacturing fault upon receipt.

Damage caused by use, falls, incorrect handling, humidity, heat, or other external conditions after delivery will not be considered defects.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Repeated absences at the address
  • Failure to pick up at the postal office or delivery point
  • Incomplete or incorrect address

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the customer wishes for the order to be shipped again, they must pay the corresponding shipping costs again.

Incorrect Order Data

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the data entered in the order (name, address, phone number, or other delivery details) is correct.

NyaGurumi is not responsible for delivery problems arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Should the package be returned or lost due to incorrect data, the same conditions as for undelivered packages will apply, potentially requiring payment for a new shipment or the complete replacement of the order.
